How To Use

- Gently tear the ear straps along the perforation, place the mask over eyes with the notched edge positioned over your nose, and hook the straps around your ears.
- Once the mask is in place, keep your eyes closed and do not press the mask against your eyes. Relax and enjoy the gentle heat.
- Once the mask is cool, remove and dispose. Use as often as needed.
