Start by cleaning your face with La Fresh facial cleanser. Open package and unfold wipe. Gently wipe face, neck, lips, and around eyes to remove makeup. Avoid touching eyes with wipe. Be careful of dissolving, runny makeup from going into eyes that might cause irritation. Wipe until clean. Throw used wipe in trash. Do not flush.
If you have a headache choose your favorite pain reliever from aspirin or ibuprofen. Block out distracting noise with our soft foam earplugs. And be kind to yourself with a KIND mini bar and cup of tea. Chamomile is not caffeinated. Steep 3-5 minutes at 190-209 degrees Fahrenheit.
Apply a generous amount of HASK Argan Oil Intense Deep Conditioning Treatment to clean, wet hair. (If your hair is short you may get multiple treatments from a single package). Massage into hair focusing on damaged areas. We've included a plastic shower cap to keep oil on your hair and off everything else.
While your hair is replenishing, apply RegenaGlow Under Eye Patches to rehydrate, reduce fine lines, dark circles and puffy eyes. And/or apply the Dermal Collagen Essence Tissue Face Mask
While your hair and skin is beautifying dim the lights and let penetrate for 20 minutes.
Rinse your face and hair and style as usual.
